Shipping within Ukraine

Goods are shipped within Ukraine by “Nova Poshta.”

During martial law, shipments are processed within 2–4 business days after the store receives payment. The recipient is responsible for shipping costs, in accordance with the carrier’s rates.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a waybill number, which you can use to track your package.

Order Placement and Processing

Orders are processed on business days. After placement and successful payment, the order is sent for processing and then for shipment. If you need to change your contact information or shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible—before the order is shipped.
