Return Policy
Exchange/Return Policy:
The consumer has the right to return goods of satisfactory quality to the seller from whom they were purchased if the goods do not meet the consumer’s expectations in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, or size. The consumer has the right to exchange a product of unsatisfactory quality for a similar product without defects, if available, or to select another item from the product range of equal value. The consumer has the right to exchange or return the product within fourteen days from the date the order was placed, provided they have the sales receipt, the product is in its original condition, and all tags and original packaging are intact. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns of products in good condition.
The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:
- items that have been used
- items that have been dry-cleaned or washed
- items with tags and labels removed
- items used for photo or video shoots
- items without a sales receipt
- items from the “Archive Sale” section
- items delivered outside of Ukraine (international shipping)
- underwear and swimwear
(According to Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, “List of Goods of Acceptable Quality That Are NOT Subject to Exchange (Return),” personal undergarments (underwear—such as briefs, bras (corsets), swimsuits, pajamas, nightgowns and nightshirts, dressing gowns, long johns, peignoirs, slips, etc.) are not eligible for return or exchange. Please keep this in mind when placing your order)

Exchange/Return Policy:

- In the subject line, specify “Exchange/Return of Order #order_number.”
- Wait for a reply confirming the exchange or return (within 24 hours).
- Pack the items you wish to exchange or return in their original packaging, and check that all tags and labels are present.
- Send the package to the address provided in the email.
